​United Medical Transportation seeking compassionate and dependable Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers to join our team! This is a contractor position, ideal for a flexible driver who is available on-call as needed. Job Responsibilities:

• Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, rehab centers, and other destinations.

• Assist passengers with mobility challenges, including those using wheelchairs or walkers.

• Secure passengers and equipment properly to ensure a safe ride.

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.

• Maintain cleanliness and routine vehicle inspections.

• Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate service.

Requirements:​

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Ability to lift and assist passengers as needed.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in NEMT or patient transport is a plus but not required.
